The following terminology applies to these Terms of Service, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company's terms of service. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers
to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings
of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of United States. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural,
capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

We reserve the right at any time and in its sole discretion to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Web site. You agree to immediately remove all links to our Web site upon such request. We also reserve the right to amend these terms of service and its linking policy at any time. By continuing
to link to our Web site, you agree to be bound to and abide by these linking terms of service.
Removal of links from our website
If you find any link on our Web site or any linked web site objectionable for any reason, you may contact us about this. We will consider requests to remove links but will have no obligation to do so or to respond directly to you.
Whilst we endeavour to ensure that the information on this website is correct, we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy; nor do we commit to ensuring that the website remains available or that the material on the website is kept up to date.

Uploading Music Videos
Please note that each video upload to Waodeo will be manually checked for quality and content that do not violate our TOS before being approved. We advised to upload ahead of planned released date
Video Maximum length
The maximum length of video allowed is 5 minutes. Longer video might be exceptionally accepted based on its value but must be music related.
Video Type
Only music video and music related videos are allowed on Waodeo.
Monetization requirements
To earn a revenue from the video you upload to Waodeo, you should meet the minimum set in (a) & (b):
(a) A minimum of 2,000 views across your channel
(b) A minimum number of subscribers as set below
- With 0 subscribers you get 25% of your advert share
- With 500 subscribers you get 50% of your advert share
- With 1,000 subscribers you get 75% of your advert share
- With 2,000 subscribers you get 100% of your advert share
When to apply for Monetization
You can apply for monetization anytime even with 0 view but you will only start getting payment when you reach at least 2,000 views across your channel.
If your monetization request is approved and you have for example 100 views, your balance will show 100 views x $ current price per view and will continue to grow until the 30th of the month.
Let's say at 30th of the month you have earned $200. If you have more than 2,000 view, you will be paid $200 but if you have 1,999 views, at 00:00 your balance will be reset at $0 and you will not earn anything unless you have more than 2,000 views. The following month your balance will grow again until the 30th where, once again you will either be paid if you've reached more than 2,000 views or your balance will be reset to zero if you have less than 2,000 views.
Once you've reached more than 2,000 views once, you will always be paid from thereon.
How to Request Monetization
You may apply for Monetization by following the steps below:
Login to your member's area > Settings > Monetization
You will then required to supply the following details:
> Your full name
> Passport size photo
> A scan of your ID card or Passport
Upload the documents and click on Submit request.
Once we have manually reviewed the documents uploaded your monetization will be enabled if there is no issue with the details submitted.
Minimum amount per withdrawal
The minimum amount per withdrawal is $50
